Yes — Michael moves and replaces light furniture (couches, end tables, chairs) as part of every job. We ask that you move small fragile items and breakables (lamps, electronics, valuables) yourself before he arrives. Beds and very heavy items stay put — we clean around them.

Carpets are lightly damp after cleaning and typically dry within 2–4 hours depending on airflow and humidity. You can walk on them right away with clean socks or bare feet — just no shoes, no pets on it, no kids playing on it until fully dry.

Some stains “wick back” from the carpet backing as it dries — it's a known industry issue, not a cleaning failure. If any spot returns within 7 days, Michael comes back and re-cleans it at no charge. No questions asked.

A typical 3-room Palm Beach Family Package takes 60–90 minutes start to finish. Larger jobs with upholstery, tile, or stairs run 2–3 hours. Michael will give you an exact time window on the booking call.
